When Travel Port built version 3.0 of their business travel booking engine (which combined 3 preexisting applications, 3 back-end architectures, and 3 separate feature sets into one super application), they hired me to architect and design the admin tool. The final product was organized and designed for 7 different role types with varying access and permission to the system.

With over 300 screens of complex configuration, the new admin tool fulfilled the needs of multiple businesses and was flexible for power users...yet simple and straightforward for basic users. It allowed users to set up their own travel agency, build travel policies from scratch, edit travelers, and configure multiple travel sites. Overall the new admin tool was a huge success.
